An advocate for a healthy, chemical-free lifestyle and an essential oil educator, my journey is fueled by a passion for organic, unprocessed foods and living free from harmful chemicals. This passion has led me to practices like using essential oils for daily home care, growing my own organic produce, and preparing nutritious meals from scratch.

I aim to make the complex world of food allergies more approachable through my writing, planning to author a book offering practical guidance and support.
I offer personalized one-on-one sessions, in addition to conducting workshops both online and in-person, focusing on Plant-Based, Gluten-Free, Vegan, and Allergy-Friendly cooking. I also provide distance Reiki sessions as a Shinpiden-level Reiki Practitioner and Meditation teacher.
My role as an essential oil educator involves empowering individuals to incorporate natural solutions into their everyday lives, thereby enhancing their wellness journey. My academic and professional credentials include a Master's in Information Technology, a certification as a Culinary Nutrition Expert with Honors, and a role as a Certified Academy of Culinary Nutrition Instructor. I am also a proud DoTerra Wellness Advocate.
In my leisure time, I engage in art, allowing me to express my creativity and maintain a joyful balance in my life. However, my most cherished role is being a mother, which shapes my mission: to simplify the process of growing and cooking nutritious, allergy-friendly meals for everyone.
